Our studio is equipped with infrared panels to emit radiant heat that warms your body directly, rather than heating the air like traditional heaters. This creates a gentle, therapeutic warmth that penetrates deep into the muscles and tissues, helping to increase flexibility, improve circulation, and promote detoxification all while maintaining clean, breathable air. It’s especially beneficial for enhancing relaxation and recovery during your practice.

FAQs

What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you don’t have a mat, don’t worry…we have rental mats available.

Is it ok if I’ve never taken a yoga class before?

Absolutely! Our studio is welcoming to beginners and experienced yogis alike. Our instructors provide clear guidance, and our classes are designed to be accessible, with modifications offered for different skill levels. Come as you are, and we’ll help you feel comfortable and confident as you start your practice!

What should I wear?

For attire, wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. Feel free to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

Can I still do yoga if I’m not flexible?

Yes! Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga. It's something that improves with practice. Yoga is about listening to your body, finding balance, and working within your own limits. Our classes are designed to support every body, no matter your flexibility level, and we provide options for each posture.

Are all classes heated?

All of our classes are heated except for our Zen Restorative class or where otherwise noted. Be sure to check the class descriptions to see whether the class you’re attending will be heated!
